Dr. Ericka Olson is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and the owner of Wisdom & Flow Acupuncture in San Diego, California. Her passion for holistic healing began through her own personal health journey, where she discovered the profound impact acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine could have on both physical and emotional well-being.

After experiencing significant changes in her own health through acupuncture, Dr. Ericka felt called to help others reconnect with balance, resilience, and wellness in their own lives. She earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, where she received advanced training in acupuncture, herbal medicine, cosmetic acupuncture, and integrative wellness practices.

In addition to her background in Chinese medicine, Dr. Ericka also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. Her experience as a lifelong dancer has given her a deep understanding of movement, body awareness, injury recovery, stress management, and the connection between physical and emotional health.

Dr. Ericka has a special interest in women’s wellness, cosmetic acupuncture, stress-related conditions, digestive health, nervous system support, and helping patients feel more connected to themselves through personalized care. Treatments at Wisdom & Flow Acupuncture are tailored to each individual’s unique needs, blending traditional Chinese medicine with a compassionate, modern approach to healing.
